Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@wateratl.co.
- Provide your order number and reason for return in your email to expedite the process.
- We will provide you with a return authorization form and instructions for returning your item(s).

Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions:
- Custom-made jewelry and solid gold pieces are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Non-Delivery Returns:
- If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), a reshipping fee may apply.
